Payment
Dico Copenhagen accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, ViaBill, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK), USA - Dollars (USD), Canada - (CAD) UK - (GBP) EU - (EUR)
Dico Copenhagen uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions items can be out of stock. Should this happen you will be informed by e-mail.
Delivery and Shipment
Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
The delivery time for your order is 1-5 from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
Dico Copenhagen uses GLS - Erhverv, GLS - Privat, GLS - Pakkeshop, PostNord - Privat, PostNord - Erhverv, PostNord - UPS.
We have free shipping for orders within EU on over 100 Euros
For the rest of the world, the shipping is 20 EURO
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.
You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

We offer free exchanges for customers within EU only.
Worldwide we offer 50% reduced price on the return label for exchanges:
25$ - United States, Canada, Australia.
15€ - United Kingdom

HOW TO RETURN
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns for a wished refund.
You have 20 days from the arrival date of your package to return your purchase for a full refund. in order for customer service to accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging undamaged. (We kindly ask you to try on any shoes on a carpeted surface only.)
THESE ARE THE STEPS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
1. Make a freight label using your prefered freight service with the following information:

2. We recommend you make your own freight label since that often is more reduced, but if you wish us to create a return label for you, please follow the directions on our return portal.

If you are based outside of EU and you wish to create a return label yourself with your prefered freight service, it is mandatory to print 3 times the original invoice, write the following sentence on each copy “Return for non-conformity.” and then your original shipping number and the freight service.
If you create the label through us all invoices are attached paperless.
The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches us at Dico Copenhagen.
Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or color if available in stock.

Condition of the item you have returned
We kindly ask you to try on any shoes on a carpeted surface only.
In case you wish to return or exchange an item, please note that it must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it in, so that we will be able to issue a full refund.
Please also keep in mind that the shoe box is also a part of the product, and must also be sent back for return or exchange in the same condition as you received it in.
You will need to ship the return in a cardboard box- if it is shipped without a cardboard shipping box similair to the original, we will deduct 30€ from the refund.
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Dico Copenhagen to evaluate the item's condition.
It will take up to 5 business days for an exchange / return to be handled from when it is marked as delivered to our warehouse.
When you have received the return handeling confirmation please allow a couple of bank days for the refund to go through.

Dico Copenhagen does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, Dico Copenhagen will contact you by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.
Privacy policy
All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. dicocopenhagen.com will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety.
Pricing policy
Prices are shown after what IP-adress you have, and can be changed in the bottom at the page. All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
Tax-free shopping on www.dicocopenhagen.com is not available.
Dico Copenhagen reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Dico Copenhagen in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
Dico Copenhagen covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
Smaller defects on the look of the product must be reported to us before taking the product into use, to be able to recieve an exchange or a full refund.
