How do i exchange?

How can i get an invoice for my return?
You only need to do this if you make your own label- if you would like to use our label you don’t need to attach anything.

Where can i find your products in Copenhagen?
We do not have a store ourself, but you can find our shoes in Anonymous Copenhagen on Grønnegade 27 and Nørregaard strøget on Amagertorv 13 - 15, 1160 København😊
What size should i choose if i am between sizes?
It is very important that they are not too small since this will only damage your feet and the boots- this is why we recommend to size up if you are between sizes and then it is always possible to use an extra insole if needed😊
You can find the measurements on our product page and then we recommend to compare with a pair of boots that fits well.
what is the status on my return?
If the return is marked as delivered it will be processed within 5 business days😊
After that it typically takes a few bankdays for the bank to process the refund.
