HOW TO EXCHANGE
Please sind a email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make a return label for you, and send you the wished exchange as soon as the returned package arrives.
HOW TO RETURN
You have 14 days from the arrival date of your package to return your purchase for a full refund. in order for customer service to accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging undamaged. (We kindly ask you to try on any shoes on a carpeted surface only.)
THESE ARE THE STEPS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
1. For non EU customers, it is mandatory to print 3 times the original invoice, write the following sentence on each copy “Return for non-conformity.” and then your original shipping number and the freight service.
2. Make a freight label using your prefered freight service with the following information:

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches us at Dico Copenhagen.
Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or color if available in stock.
Condition of the item you have returned
We kindly ask you to try on any shoes on a carpeted surface only.
In case you wish to return or exchange an item, please note that it must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it in, so that we will be able to issue a full refund.
Please also keep in mind that the shoe box is also a part of the product, and must also be sent back for return or exchange in the same condition as you received it in.
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Dico Copenhagen to evaluate the item's condition.
It will take up to 5 business days for an exchange / return to be handled.
Dico Copenhagen does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, Dico Copenhagen will contact you by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.
